Stomach Pain After Eating Help & Advice

For as long as I can remember I’ve suffered from abdominal pain and bloating after eating. As a child I’d get excruciating abdominal cramps after eating certain foods – milk, cereal, fruit, meat and creasy foods seemed to be the main culprits.

When eaten, all would leave me doubled over with bloating, stomach cramps, gastritis and often diarrhea.

As I got older my lower stomach pain symptoms started to get a lot worse and it was like I was getting severe pains after eating after every single meal rather than it being caused by eating certain foods.

Even though I went from specialist to specialist and doctor to doctor; none of them were able to cure my abdominal discomfort after eating. Most of them simply linked my stomach pain and bloating to irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and said there was nothing they could really do for me.

The Wrong Stomach Pain and Bloating Diagnosis

I was advised to stay away from the foods that set me off. As you’ll probably agree, this is not the greatest practical advice when it seemed like every food was now giving me pain, bloating and diarrhea after eating.

By the time I was an adult my condition was becoming hugely frustrating especially when there seemed no proper and long lasting cure. I’d seriously lost count of the number of medical questions which had gone unanswered regarding my bowel and abdominal pain problems.

The only thing that seemed to be a constant was the pain I was always experiencing (no change there then!) and the amount of money I was spending on those so called experts and the drugs and pills they were prescribing me.

Life was becoming a real misery and my social life was definitely suffering. I even had to plan my social life and travel arrangements around the location of restrooms and toilets just in case I suffered a spontaneous and unexpected bowel movement.

If you’ve ever been caught short between restrooms when a bowel movement hits you’ll know how embarrassing and painful this can be. Trying to stop what wants to come out is not easy!

Seriously, even short trips in the car had to be planned with military precision with the nearest restrooms marked on maps just in case my embarrassing food induced diarrhea flared up  – Believe me, this is no way to live life.

But just as I was giving up all hope I discovered a real breakthrough which stopped my stomach cramps after eating in its tracks. This simple breakthrough allowed me to end my dependence on drugs and even let me eat spicy foods again with no pain and no pills.
